Communication Specialist
Switchboard Operator must provide telephone assistance to staff, patients, physicians, and general public in a timely and professional mannger. Maintains accurate physician call schedules for staff and physician use. Responds to all mergencies quickly and efficiently.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills and ability to read and write
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Previous switchboard/operator experience
