How does a CRM Technology Lead make an impact? Deliver program objectives and business case outcomes in partnership with Business and Program Management Leads, and ensure resources and costs are managed effectively. Drive success for all technology teams through delivery of a quality, fit-for-purpose solution and its integration into the COUNTRY systems environment. Partner with vendor leadership to ensure accountability and quality for contracted deliverables. Lead communications with IT Leadership. Ensure business vision is clearly understood across all technology resources and the architecture and technology is aligned with COUNTRY's Enterprise Architecture/Strategic Roadmap (application, infrastructure and horizontals such as data and integration). Obtain alignment across technology leaders, including engagement, resources, plans and priorities. Facilitate involvement of enterprise-level technical specialists, supporting system owners, and IT leadership to support program activities and provide advice and feedback. Provide guidance to technology teams on software architecture, design, and system integration leading practices. Offer guidance and mentorship to interested team members for potential future program Technology Lead roles. Do you have what we're looking for? Previous experience leading a CRM transformation program. Strong understanding of Master Data Management and Data Quality Management efforts as they relate to CRM. Experience working with a system integrator partner to deliver on strategic program outcomes. Tpically requires bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of technical project/program management experience (or equivalent, such as 14 years of experience or master's degree and 10 years of experience) and 2 years of lead experience.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
