How does an IT Test Analayst Sr. make an impact? Develops and maintains test strategy and plan for functional and non-functional requirements testing. Handles test case design, test data mining and test execution for functional and non-functional tests. Plan, document, track and coordinates testing, handles requirements traceability, metrics, defect, issue and risk management. Develops test summary reports, dashboards to communicate vital test status, issues and risks to key stakeholders and helps in go, no-go decisions. Demonstrates passion for quality and strives for continuous improvements to deliver a better-quality product in a cost-effective way and faster. Do you have what we're looking for? Guidewire experience is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in test automation (selenium) is a plus. Experience in Web APIs, SOAP Protocols, and REST architecture preferred. Strong communication skills with both technical and business team members. Ability to decipher test cases from business/technical requirements (including fringe cases). Typically requires bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principal and concepts experience (or equivalent, such as 7 years of experience or master's degree and 3 years of experience).
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
