As the Production Services Supervisor you will lead our production team to deliver all internal requests for design and copywriting on brand and on time. The final production of all in-house creative assets will be overseen by this role as well - including quality control, proofreading, the packaging of all files and sending to vendors. In this position, you will also be responsible for the development and implementation of our digital asset management system - including all pieces of marketing collateral as well as our brand photography and video library. Along with this, you will oversee the roadmap to all of our production and channel systems (marketing materials, email, direct mail, sales materials) to ensure all assets are being managed and executed properly. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL. How does a Production Services Supervisor make an impact? Leads the strategic development of all creative deliverables by defining the creative vision, having a holistic understanding of the creative process and ensuring a cohesive look and feel of all assets--aligning all work to brand standards. Develops creative strategies for in-person experiences (events) that brings our brand to life while delivering a meaning to our clients--influencing them to take action. Understands holistic content strategy and has the ability to translate the content plan into impactful creative deliverables that are all tied together and lead with a client-first mentality. Improves quality results by studying creative processes, analyzing campaign results and implementing necessary changes and enhancements. Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas. Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster. Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes, and results. Ability to develop and recognize on-brand copy and design. Ability to manage and develop a roadmap to strategically connect all channel systems. Ability to implement an asset management system through an understanding of taxonomy and information architecture. Typically requires bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of creative and content experience (or equivalent, such as 8 years of experience or master's degree and 4 years of experience) and one year lead experience. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
