Security Automation Engineer at Country Financial in Bloomington, IL
COUNTRY Financial is seeking a security-focused automation engineer to join our Identity and Access Management team. This position will help safeguard the organization's information by implementing controls, integrating solutions, and streamlining security processes to facilitate COUNTRY's identity, privileged access, and security reporting. In this role your skills, experience, and knowledge of automation and application hosting technologies will continue to mature the organization's security control and reporting capabilities by creating integrations, developing tools, and improving efficiencies. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL, Alpharetta, GA, or Minneapolis, MN. How does a Technology Engineer Sr. make an impact? Design, build, implement, and support COUNTRY's IT solutions. Ensure IT solutions meet requirements for security, availability, capacity, resiliency, and performance in a way that is efficient and supportable, reducing overall support costs. Understand industry leading solutions and trends for assigned technologies and applying those as appropriate for COUNTRY. Understand business needs and partnering with appropriate IT counterparts to recommend technology solutions. Establish and maintain an IT multi-year strategy with a focus on continuous improvement. Create and maintain solutions architecture artifacts and other strategy and system documentation. Do you have what we're looking for? Experience with web hosting technologies like:

Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux. Knowledge of back-end technologies like:
PowerShell, PHP, Python, Java, .Net. Knowledge of back-end database integrations like:
MySQL, MS SQL. Knowledge of directory services and authentication technologies like:
Active Directory, LDAP. Typically requires bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of information technology experience (or equivalent, such as 7 years of experience or master's degree and 3 years of experience).
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
