COUNTRY Financial seeks an experienced, highly motivated Software Developer to join our Life/Health Application Development area. Our agile teams focus on the integration of on-premise and cloud-based systems, while maintaining and enhancing in-house developed solutions. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines would make a great addition. In this role, you will develop and maintain specification documents, data maps and diagrams to support integrations between systems and development. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL; Alpharetta, GA; or Minneapolis, MN. How does a Software Developer make an impact? Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements. Develops software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards. Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions. Implements software solutions following best practices. Do you have what we're looking for? Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology. Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems. Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills. Development experience using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, CI/CD tooling, SQL. Experience working in an agile environment and/or with DevOps practices a plus. Typically requires bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of information technology experience (or eqivalent, such as 7 years of experience or master's degree and 3 years of experience).
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
