COUNTRY Financial is actively seeking for an experienced business architecture leader to mature and advance the business architecture discipline across the organization. You will work very closely with business and strategy leaders to close the gap between business strategy and execution. You will partner with strategic planning team to support planning and prioritization activities and help shape investment decisions to realize our business strategy. You will also support the business and technology leaders for major initiatives across the different lines of businesses with developing and managing the multi-year roadmaps. In addition, you will facilitate discussions around the construction of business models for the major initiatives, which may include business capabilities, value streams, processes, journey maps, and other key business architecture deliverables to translate strategy into execution. This role will partner with the business to develop business cases supporting the business demands, ensuring alignment with IT applications and strategic platforms; participate in the Definition, Assessment, Management and Evolution of the Capability Portfolio; perform business capability assessments and identify gaps to feed the capability portfolio roadmaps; define, deliver, and maintain requisite Business Architecture Roadmaps and related metadata, i.e., covering Capabilities, Goals, Strategies, Assets, Programs/Projects, Value Streams, Processes, etc.; use actionable and diagnostic deliverables to help the business and IT leaders make informed IT investment decisions. This position allows full-time remote work. How does a Business Architecture Leader make an impact? Create, maintain, and govern architectural views and blueprints depicting the Business and IT landscape in its current, transitional, and future state. Recommend long-term direction on strategic advancements within the technical portfolio. Define and maintain standards for artifacts containing architectural content within the operating model. Build a Community of Practice for solutions architecture while leveraging architectural tools, processes, and practices. Offer insight, guidance, and direction on the usage of emerging trends and technical capabilities. Do you have what we're looking for? 5-7 years of experience in business architecture at large enterprises, preferably with insurance organizations. Knowledge of existing, new, and emerging technologies and ability to practically apply them to new business designs and business models to achieve targeted business outcomes. Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing business capabilities, value streams, business processes, and organizational structures. Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed, and logical discussions/presentations. Organizationally and politically savvy. Capable of understanding and navigating the personalities, obstacles, and politics of the organization. Typically requires Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of an exposure to fundamental theories, principal and concepts (or equivalent, such as 17 years of experience or Master's degree and 12 years of experience) and 2 years lead experience.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Architecture & Interior DesignEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
