As a Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of aligning business strategies with technology. You will be responsible for leading projects, finding process efficiencies, and creating data dashboards for the Administrative Services Division. You'll partner with facilities and Enterprise Procurement teams to help drive and shape the future of how we spend money by creating high exposure data for enterprise decision making. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL. How does a Project Manager make an impact? Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones; tracks project milestones and deliverables. Develops Project Charter, Scope, Stakeholders and Project Team Organization. Determines the frequency and content of status reports from project team, analyzes results and troubleshoots problem areas. Conducts project post mortems and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Do you have what we're looking for? Project Management (with IT preferred). Excel. Data Analytics tools. Project Lead with cross dept. collaboration. LEAN, Six Sigma or Greenbelt (or higher) certified. Typically requires bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of business analysis, project management, information technology or related experience (or equivalent, such as 10 years of experience or master's degree and 6 years of experience) and one year lead experience.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K

Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
