As a Project/Program Manager, you'll be a leader and forward-thinker for our Sales Compensation team. You'll partner with business units to drive new projects to completion to further enhance and fulfill the Sales Compensation goals and objectives. In this role, you'll be a crucial leader in the management and completion of our roadmap, and also help drive and shape the future of how COUNTRY achieves their corporate goals and objectives. How does a Project/Program Manager make an impact? Creates, manages and executes project/program plans. Builds strong working relationships with team members, vendors/contractors, business and ITS partners to aide in effective execution. Ensures the establishment of scope and priorities, management of risks/issues/dependencies, implementation of solutions, and change management activities. Ability to manage and track budget and budget variance. Do you have what we're looking for? Strong leadership skills. Experience in resource and budget planning. Ability to work independently and drive project completion. Ability to make appropriate decisions regarding timelines, priorities, and deliverables. Experience with managing projects and programs in both waterfall and agile methodologies. Typically requires bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of project management experience (or equivalent, such as 10 years of experience or master's degree and 6 years of experience) and 1 year of lead experience of medium or large projects.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
