COUNTRY Financial is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our Policy Admin System Application Development team. The team focuses on integrating on-premise and large-scale proprietary software, as well as maintaining and enhancing in-house developed solutions. At a high level, you'll participate in full development life cycle including requirement analysis and design. Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. Develop software solutions that are high performing, support testing/debugging of solutions, and participate in post implementation knowledge transfer. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL. How does a Software Developer make an impact? Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements. Develops software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards. Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions. Implements software solutions following best practices. Do you have what we're looking for? Ability to build strong internal/external working relationships. Forward thinking, self-starter and the ability to work under limited supervision. Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitLab. Experience debugging complex applications. Experience with proprietary software, such as PolicyPro and/or Ratabase. Typically requires bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of information technology experience (or equivalent, such as 4 years of experience or master's degree and no experience).
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
