Technical Business Analyst at Country Financial in Bloomington, IL
As the Technical Business Consultant within the ITS Infrastructure Engineering Division at COUNTRY Financial, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives across multiple infrastructure engineering teams. In this role, you will provide guidance and coaching to drive strategy in the areas of Cloud, PaaS, IaaS, Collaboration, Mobile and Network technologies. You will lead various initiatives encompassing cross functional IT teams and key business partners, setting goals and deadlines, and provide updates to key leaders on progress, resource constraints, and technical requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate regular cross-division planning meetings to prioritize and improve services provided by Infrastructure Engineering. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL; Alpharetta, GA; or Minneapolis, MN. How does an IT Business Consultant make an impact? Develops and documents detailed requirements containing solution architecture that can be utilized for building, testing, training, and support operations. Develops capability roadmaps and business cases; scope definition and management, stakeholder analysis, and creates and manages analysis activities. Communicates and presents capability and scope plans to all levels of business and technical staff. Do you have what we're looking for? Experience solving complex problems; demonstrating curiosity, comfort with uncertainty, creativity, critical thinking, initiative taking, and the ability to translate goals into strategic outcomes. Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and business cases; define and manage scope of work, perform stakeholder analysis, and manage analysis activities. Experience presenting recommendations to leadership. Experience with Project Management, Agile methodology and proficiency with the Microsoft application suite (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrating humility, empathy, active listening, and adaptability. Typically requires bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of business analysis, project management, information technology or related experience (or equivalent, such as 10 years of experience or master's degree and 6 years of experience) and 1 year lead experience.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
