COUNTRY Financial is looking for a dynamic professional to lead change management activities for operational improvement and product modernization efforts within our Enterprise Program Office. As a Change Management Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to serve as a change agent within a client-focused, high-performing culture that is dedicated to enriching the lives in the communities we serve. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL. How does a Change Management Analyst make an impact? Partners with business and technical project team members to assess the impact of upcoming changes. Performs needs assessments to decide best use of employee resources. Implements change management strategy and method to deliver sustainable results. Collaborates with Corporate Communications, training teams, and other key partners to move people from the current state to future state. Serves as a resource for leadership to assist employees through changes. Assists with the creation of training programs, including requirements, design, and delivery. Do you have what we're looking for? Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal). Advanced interpersonal and relationship building skills. Organizational Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP, CCMP). Proven ability to work in a matrix-style organizational structure to motivate and influence others. Typically requires bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of organizational change management, human resources, or business experience (or equivalent, such as 7 years of experience or master's degree and 3 years of experience).
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
