We are seeking a Sales Associate Floater.
Local travel is required with this position.
This is an entry level position with great potential to advance to management.
We are seeking an ambitious, career-minded individual with great leadership qualities.
The Sales Associate Floater is responsible for developing strong customer relationships and meeting aggressive sales goals at multiple store locations.
Successful candidates must be professional, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
This position will require travel, often visiting multiple store locations, therefore flexibility is required.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing loans only a daily basis in several locations around the state Daily interaction with customers, both in person and over the phone, while maintaining a friendly yet professional demeanor Engaging in sales interactions within established communication guidelines Payment processing and other loan-related transactions General office duties and workplace support Requirements Recent banking, sales, consumer finance or customer service experience General office skills and 2 years industry experience preferred Regular and dependable attendance with a timely start Must possess thorough knowledge of basic math in order to handle and balance cash and financial transactions Skill and high comfort level with Microsoft office Must possess the ability to use discretion in the controlling of confidential information.
Excellent communication and customer service skills Due to the nature of our business a successful pre-employment background check is required As a result of necessary travel between locations a valid driver's license, valid insurance and reliable transportation is required Compensation Competitive starting salary based on experience.
