High school or equivalent Job Description & Responsibilities :
Overall day to day supervision of team, owns relationship with customer, ensures successful attainment of all SLAs.
Some of the tactical duties include:
Check in with all employees first thing in the morning.
Receive updates of on-going projects progress; assist as needed.
Assign projects and goals for the day/week Ensure all projects move forward and do not fall through the cracks.
Check in with Marketing periodically to schedule upcoming print jobs/order paper Keep metrics and ensure the correct procedure is being followed.
Complete five reports for IWU monthly.
Weekly complete accountable mail reports, submit and file.
Keep track of all incoming purchases.
Complete MOR and follow up on any assignments/concerns.
Check on availability, schedule meeting, reserve room.
Work on improving processes, DSF, TPM website, pricing.
Review billing with print Place orders for paper and other stock items.
Place work order tickets as needed for center.
IT/Physical Plant Create job desc.
, schedule interviews, interview potential candidates.
Complete site certification yearly.
Continuously update site procedure guide.
Assist with print, mail and delivery as needed.
Skills & Qualifications :
The ideal candidate would have worked in copy/mail environment, such as FedEx Kinkos, Office Max, etc.
But supervisory/management experience in retail or restaurant would be considered.
Prior supervisory/management experience required.
Customer facing customer service experience is required.
Someone that has call center or office experience would not be ideal.
There is not extensive walking, lifting or standing but is not sedentary positions.
Must be able to lift up to 50# as Ricoh standard.
Dress code is Business casual.
No shorts or jeans.
Neatly dressed.
Parking is free COVID vaccination required.
