Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housecleaner to join our team.
As a Housecleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential properties.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that the assigned houses are spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for the homeowners.
You should be capable of handling various cleaning tasks efficiently and be committed to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing surfaces.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas in accordance with established standards.
Organize and tidy up living spaces, bedrooms, and common areas.
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed.
Manage laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
Handle special cleaning projects as requested by homeowners.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and respond to their specific cleaning preferences.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a housecleaner or in a similar cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions from clients.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Time management skills to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various cleaning responsibilities efficiently.
