We are currently looking for someone to join our Bloomington team as a Customer Service Representative.
This role is being offered as Part Time or Full Time depending on the needs of our applicants.
Pay range is $13-$15/hr but will be determined based on hours and responsibilities.
Responsibilities may include:
Helping customers both in person or on the phone.
Scheduling customers/dispatching technicians.
Writing new quotes and invoicing.
Taking customer payments.
Ordering parts.
Applicants should have experience working with customers both in person and over the phone.
Special consideration will be given to those with part ordering experience or automotive experience, but this is not required.
