Your Day in the Life? Partner with your management team to lead a high performing team? Run the restaurant with confidence, deliver fast and effective solutions? Own scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurantmarketing? Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality,food safety practices, and cleanlinessWhat You Bring to the Table? Minimum of two years management in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry? Must be at least 18 years old? Sense of humor and an ability to effectively delegate responsibility and motivate ateam? Conflict resolution skills required, as well as excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills? Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operatingsystems, budgetary concepts, and procedures (P&L management), performancereview process and more? Ability to work necessary hours, with flexibility to work variable shifts throughoutthe week which includes opening, mid, and closing shifts.
As the leader of therestaurant, you are responsible to ensure your restaurant thrives.

The average quarterly bonus for GMs across company-owned restaurants was $1,224.
Quarterly bonuses are comprised of financial and operational targets.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
