Your Day in the Life? Partner with your management team to lead a high performing team? Run the restaurant with confidence, deliver fast and effective solutions? Lead with integrity and live the culture of Noodles & Company every day? Recognize your team members through positive and respectful leadership for a jobwell-done? Deliver an uncommonly good guest experience and make them feel like family? Continually review restaurant operations to identify any issues, concerns, andopportunities for improvement? Assess team member performance, deliver actionable and timely feedback? Keep your restaurant staffed with outstanding Noodlers and facilitate the internaldevelopment of your team to foster future leaders? Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines? Own scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurantmarketing? Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality,food safety practices, and cleanlinessWhat You Bring to the Table? Minimum of two years management in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry? Must be at least 18 years old? Sense of humor and an ability to effectively delegate responsibility and motivate ateam? Conflict resolution skills required, as well as excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills? Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operatingsystems, budgetary concepts, and procedures (P&L management), performancereview process and more? Ability to work necessary hours, with flexibility to work variable shifts throughoutthe week which includes opening, mid, and closing shifts.
As the leader of therestaurant, you are responsible to ensure your restaurant thrives.
? Position may require walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling,crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds? Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in astandard kitchen/restaurant environment?
