Chestnut seeks a creative full-time Director of Marketing and Communications to advance the organizations vision, brand, and programs and to strategically reinforce its already stellar reputation as an industry leader.
This position is located at our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL or remote work from home.

Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Lead the Marketing and Communications Department in promoting corporate brand to enhance patient, community, and employee relations.
Cultivate brand identity.
Strengthen business reputation.
Develop, implement, and monitor marketing goals and strategies across multiple platforms; evaluate effectiveness and identify and implement changes required for improvement.
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and ensure their efficient organization and execution.
Prepare and monitor annual marketing budget.
Prepare summary assessments and reports.
Communications:
Establish external communications strategy to increase brand awareness and maintain reputation as industry leader.
Organizing special events, prepare press releases, coordinate media interviews, and publish informational pieces in the public domain.
Establish internal communications strategy to increase employee engagement and foster positive employer-employee relationship.
As appropriate, serve as public information contact for the organization.
General:
Establish and maintain staffing structure to support marketing and communications efforts.
Delegate responsibilities as appropriate while providing leadership and direction.
Conduct staff performance evaluations and directly participate in personnel actions.
Participate in executing strategic initiatives for the organization.
Serve on Executive Leadership Council.
Qualifications:
Requires minimum of a bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications plus at least ten years of marketing or communications experience.
Requires experience with vendor negotiation, conducting market research, preparing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, social media, and digital marketing.
Prefer experience working in health care and with both internal and external communications.
Ability to effectively coordinate complex processes across programs and geographic regions.
Ability and willingness to travel to other regional Chestnut locations as needed.
Valid driver's license, provate auto insurance, and must be insurable.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
