ResponsibilitiesHelp develop sales and relationship management strategies to increase program referrals, specifically for our primary care practice, that focus on patient referrals, program census and payer mix needs.
Develop, manage, and grow business relationships to position Chestnut as a healthcare provider of choice in a rapidly changing marketplace.
Conduct and track face-to-face, telephonic and web-based relationship building/maintenance activities.
Maintain an electronic CRM database.
Collaborate with clinical programs and marketing department to develop collateral materials and marketing campaigns.
Schedule, manage and participate in community events on Chestnut's behalf.
Be familiar with intake processes and help to coordinate patient admissions.
Supervise and train interns as assigned.
QualificationsRequires Bachelors' degree in business administration, marketing, communications, psychology, social work, criminal justice, or related field.
A minimum of three (3) years related experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, training or expertise.
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Self-motivated, performance driven, and results oriented.
Team player, positive collaborative style, good listener with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Windows-based computer experience or training.
Previous sales or referral management experience.
Must have a valid driver's license, private automobile insurance and be insurable.
Willingness to work some irregular hours and occasionally travel overnight.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
