Help our patients to regain control over their lives through self-directed recoveryPromote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectednessProvide holistic health teaching for patients and their familiesAct as a liaison among prescribers, consumers, laboratories, other health care providers, pharmacies, and staff to ensure continuity of careFor both LPN and RN applicants, position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; active Illinois nursing license; CPR certification (or become certified within 90 days of hire); basic computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, e-prescribing, and an electronic medical record; and satisfactory completion of a background checkPreferably, applicants will have experience with mental health and substance use treatmentFor RN applicants, some knowledge of pharmacology and possible medication side effects is also requiredAre you intrigued by this job but don't meet every single requirement?
