As the gatekeeper of our practice, you'll be the first point of contact for our awesome patients and the champion of organization and cheerfulness.

- Welcome patients with your infectious positivity and enthusiasm.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs like a pro.
- Guide patients to the right place within our office with a smile.
- Keep our calendars in tip-top shape for both patients and our fantastic team.
- Handle occasional phone calls, emails, and texts with grace and efficiency.
- Be the master of miscommunication detection and resolution.
- Provide some insight into balances and claims processing (we'll help you become a pro!).
What You'll Need:
- A radiant personality that lights up the room.
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
- A knack for keeping things upbeat, even when the going gets tough.
- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to leave problems at the door and maintain a positive attitude.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to read between the lines.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
