Building custom solutions for contact center provisioning and optimizing existing solutions. We also provide data analytics for various contact center needs. They will need to be able to clearly communicate verbally and written with business partners. Technical skills:
This person will work in Java Script and related frameworks such as Ember and React. Needs experience with building solutions within AWS utilizing CloudFront, Lambdas, Step Functions, Route 53, Connect, etc. Additional familiarity with Git, CI/CD.
