Strategic Marketing Manager

DescriptionAs a Strategic Marketing Manager in the Brand and Creative Content division, you will lead a dynamic strategy team, creating and implementing integrated go-to-market plans that ignite growth, enhance cross-selling efforts, and strengthen client retention initiatives.
By orchestrating seamless collaborations with marketing, agency and business units, you will drive transformative outcomes, aligning marketing and growth objectives with specific market opportunities.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
This position allows full-time remote work for internal employees located outside of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does a Strategic Marketing Manager make an impact? Manages strategic marketing team in the creation of options for marketing and business opportunities.
Utilizes broad business knowledge and understanding of our clients (buying habits, preferences), current business capabilities and market potential.
Leads and facilitates the work of medium-sized or large project teams as needed to support Strategic Integrated Marketing and target market goals.
Maintains overall accountability for timeline & deliverables of the team.
Provides direction and project planning for teams as they perform root cause analysis and strategic opportunity assessment of ambiguous or complex business issues.
Performs and approves complex business process modeling and operating model design to support opportunity assessments and to assist with the identification of new business capabilities.
Solicits input from, and collaborates with, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and internal and external resources to ensure that business opportunities are appropriately aligned with business objectives.
Provides direction & approves go-to-market strategies and methods, using a range of channels such as email, social media, paid media.
Ensures accuracy of financial analysis to support the review of potential opportunities; presents strategic business and market planning information to Leadership Council.
Assists in the development and maintenance of Strategic Integrated Marketing methodology standards, including business processes and competitive analysis techniques.
Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas.
Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster.
Foster a positive environment where all team members are motivated and committed to contribute their best work.
Create a safe environment where team members are supported to make decisions and take action to achieve goals and objectives.
Take personal responsibility for making tough decisions, meeting commitments and adapting to ensure expected results are achieved.

This is a leadership role, which typically requires 8
years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training, including management experience.

Salary target:
$130,000 - $180,000 +annual incentive bonus.
The salary target represents the expected salary range of candidates hired.
Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
