Overview:
Seeking an experienced Network/Telephony professional to provide support to our client's internal customer base to configure, provision, and troubleshoot telephony devices. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated knowledge of telephony systems, applications and networks. Strong written and oral communication skills
Requirements:
1-2 yrs Demonstrated knowledge of telephony systems, applications and networks utilized by our enterprise, including:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) MUST HAVE
Cisco Unified Connections (CUC) -plus if you have
Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) plus if you have
Telephony network (LEC, IXC, etc.)
Data networks
Must have experience with configurations, provisioning, and troubleshooting telephony devices.
Provisioning telephony devices (ex. speed dials, name changes, move phones, voice mail boxes, etc.)
Initial provisioning of infrastructure for new office (phone provisioning for initial site build)
Perform testing or validation of provisioning prior to turnover to incident support
Perform required change to voice mail application management tools
Update relevant documentation
Reconfigure lost phone and voice mail data as a result of outage or back up failure
Demonstrated knowledge of Service Management processes and tools.
Experience desired, but not required with the following tools NICE TO HAVE
Exony VIM
Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM)
Ability to perform complex troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and correct telephony related provisioning problemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
