Job Description: Provides continuity of quality patient care within clinic in collaboration with multi-disciplinary team, provides direction and support in the achievement and monitoring of identified patient care and outcomes for the defined patient practice team population. To support the clinical and management leadership role by participating in direct supervision of daily unit operations including the clinic flow, and enhancement of the quality of patient care. Presents self as a nurse/patient advocate, mentor and leader both in person and on the phone. Accountabilities: 1. Assist patients with procedures,dispensing medication, handling phone calls and coordinating schedules.Functions as a liaison between patients staff and physicians. 2. Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information to EMR. Posts tests and examination results. 3. Develops an environment within the practice that supports management philosophy, clinic strategic plans and Advocate Healthcare strategies. 4. Assists in improvement measures and techniques that enhance the continued improvement of patient care. Faciliates innovation to maximize excellence and build efficiency. 5. Accountable for the overall cost containment and business growth initiatives as it relates to their position and a given practice. 6. N/A

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
