A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Human Factors / User Experience Research Analyst to join our team in Bloomington, IL.
This role will be working with the Customer Experience Monitoring Administration team and focus on analyzing and monitoring customer experiences with custom developed software applications. Selected individuals will work in client's usability labs and conduct research directed by client and generate reports, studies and white papers on their findings. They will be specifically focused on understanding how people work with and interact with computers. The person chosen for this role will conduct user-centered research (ex. User and task analysis, conceptual design, iterative usability testing, and assessment usability testing) to guide the design, selection and refinement of products and processes throughout the product development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate must possess superior written and oral communications skills in English and have a background in researching and documenting findings.
Experience conducting conduct user-centered research (e.g., user and task analysis, conceptual design, iterative usability testing, and assessment usability testing)
Experience guiding the design, selection, and refinement of products and processes throughout the product development lifecycle.
Advanced degree in Human Factors, Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
Must have excellent research skills including the ability to analyze large and small sample quantitative and qualitative data sets.
Experience supporting UCD research in a large corporate environment is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
