Responsibilities provided by this team will include
- Day 2 Provisioning telephony devices (ex. speed dials, name changes, move phones, voice mail boxes, etc
- Initial provisioning of infrastructure for new office (phone provisioning for initial site build)
- Reconfigure lost phone and voice mail data as a result of outage or back up failure
- Native configure of CUCM / CUC / CVP / ICM appliances including urgent restorations
CRITICAL TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
The individual in this position is required to have the following experience/skills:
Experience with configurations, provisioning, and troubleshooting telephony devices.
Demonstrated knowledge of telephony systems, applications and networks utilized by our enterprise, including:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Cisco Unified Connections (CUC)
- Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)
