This position will have an 18-month incumbency period for a lateral move and a 6-month incumbency period for a promotional opportunity (beginning on the effective date of the position) which must be met before the employee can post for any other position within the company. The incumbency period does not affect the at will relationship between client and the employee, and does not create an employment contract, nor contractual rights.
oPerforms system design, database design, application development, testing, implementation, documentation and support of software applications, predictive modeling, and/or data mining solutions addressing management information, business planning, statistical analysis, litigation support, and other decision-making analytical needs of clients
oBuilds or modifies system components to meet design specifications utilizing web technologies, network administration, database administration, and software application development tools
oApplies knowledge of latest mainframe and net-centric computing environments to create programming tools and database systems
oConsults with clients throughout the enterprise to analyze their research and information needs and determines analytical requirements for system application and data processing solutions, including the selection of appropriate data, tabulations, statistical methods and analysis, and communicating results and insights
oDevelops and maintains departmental current and historical data resources containing internal production and business data from all lines, external demographic, economic and vehicle information, and essential documentation
oDevelops, follows and/or implements enterprise policies, strategies, guidelines, standards and procedures for hardware/software support and acquisition
oEngages in the development, interpretation, implementation and support of several different types of statistical modeling and data mining techniques
oConsults with clients on the use of mathematical statistics, assessing modeling needs and defining project scope
oWorks with clients to analyze needs for analytic information and converts them into action items, requests or projects
oApplies programming skills to make use of computer intensive analysis techniques
oRoutinely engages in quantitative analysis on many non-standard and unique business problems
oAcademic background in quantitative disciplines and methodologies
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only, client NOT willing to sponsor visas.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
