EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Gerontology or related field, with at least five years experience in administration and field of aging, and 3 years in management position. Prefer Masters Degree in the same disciplines, with experience in the field of aging and non-profit organizations.
Applicant will be experienced in administration, supervision, grant writing, regional planning, strategic planning, advocacy, and services to older persons, persons with disabilities and caregivers. The ideal candidate will exhibit a collaborative leadership approach with Board members, Advisory Council members, staff, and community partners to advance the mission of the Agency, and an understanding of federal and state statutes and regulations.
