Paint Maintenance Lead
Supervise the Maintenance Associates on assigned shift
Give technical direction to the Maintenance Associates as to the troubleshooting, repair and replacement of production equipment
Keep the ME Paint Superintendent informed of all production interruptions and necessary repairs
Keep a written daily shift record of Associate assignments and production interruptions with countermeasures
Coordinate activities with counterpart on opposite shift, staff and other departments to facilitate all department and plant goals
EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree in Industrial Technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Industrial maintenance supervision experience
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and theories
Ability to work overtime and first, second, or third shift as requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
