Basic Job Duties
Procures and administers janitorial service contracts both within the organization and in the community. Oversees operations of the business ensuring adequate scheduling; maintaining accurate records for attendance and payroll; ensuring that quality standards and measures established at each work site are met; and responsible for supply/ equipment inventory, ordering, purchasing and maintenance. Oversees safety of operations ensuring that all procedures and storage of items are completed in accordance with OSHA standards. Assesses needs for additional equipment and staffing. Responsible for administrative supervision of Lead Workers and Janitorial Associates as well as recruitment, interviewing, making recommendations for hire, evaluating and problem solving. Provide input related to budget development.
Education/Training Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred or High School diploma/GED with 3 years related experience and/or training. Prefer experience in janitorial work.
Other Requirements
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, proof of insurance, and good driving record. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, have good social and assessment skills, have the ability to work independently and interact professionally within the public domain. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Must attend Blood Borne Pathogen and OIG, within first 10 working days of hire and annually thereafter; must obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid training after hired; must attend Bridgeway's driver training. Must attend corporate compliance and security rule training.

SALARY RANGE:
$11.54 - $13.85 / hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
