PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Responsible for marketing GROWMARK s electronic payment and Retail Fuel programs and services to prospective accounts in assigned geographic markets.
Responsible for attracting new accounts, retention of existing key accounts, implementation, and, resolution of issues.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Achieves budgeted sales and gross income targets by developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the assigned market area.
Creates a demand for products and services by building relationships and linking customer needs with GROWMARK EPS and Retail Fuel products and services.
Communicates requests for new services and service issues to the appropriate Energy team member.

Collaborates with the Energy Account managers to grow EPS and Retail Fuel business in their respective trade territories.

Performs comparative analyses and prepares service proposals for prospective accounts.

Researches and analyzes major competitors in the marketplace and provides market intelligence information to the EPS and Retail Fuel team.

Develops and implements professional sales techniques that grow EPS and Retail Fuel business.
Stays informed on new products, services and customer interests.

Develops and projects a professional image of GROWMARK as a reliable, progressive supplier of EPS and Retail Fuel products and services.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Maintains a computer database on all customers and prospects.

Maintains a sales call summary.

Maintain a high degree of marketing and technical knowledge and skills.

Represents GROWMARK at trade shows and professional meetings.

Provide special studies and reports as requested.

Follows GROWMARK s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a college degree in marketing or related business field, or the equivalent thereof, and prefer 2-5 years of sales and marketing work experience to demonstrate knowledge of product mix and management of customer relationships.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Proven professional communication, persuasion, presentation, and customer service skills.

Demonstrated planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Proven computer skills.

Must have a valid driver s license and passport with the ability to work extended hours and travel independently overnight.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
