PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENTPerforms a variety of corporate services duties including mailroom support, merchandise shipping, inventory, and re-stocking, database maintenance, invoice reconciliation, and basic building services maintenance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSMaintains inventory of two stock room locations utilizing the inventory system and ensures product integrity for all stock room items.
Selects and ships merchandise that will ensure product integrity throughout the shipping process.
Transports and restocks products to assigned locations maintaining first in/first out inventory procedures.
Conducts daily shipments for U.
S.
and International mailings by utilizing UPS and Federal Express software, as well as maintains current knowledge to understand custom regulations for International shipments.
Tracks UPS or Federal Express shipments from vendors' computerized tracking system.
Sorts and delivers first-class mail for GROWMARK inter-office delivery.
Assists in deliveries of inventory, maintenance requests, and other items related to our Route 51 facility.
Maintains postage due, business reply, and certified mail accounts with the Post Office.
Maintains mailing databases for GROWMARK mailings and transfers the lists to disk to merge with test.
Receives, verifies, organizes, and distributes all supplies, shipments, and next-day packages to clients on a daily basis, including all US office supply orders.
Conducts tasks as assigned by Corporate Services Supervisor.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONSCoordinates distribution and pick-up of audio/visual equipment from the Administrative Services loaner program.
Handles set-up, operation, and repair of all equipment.
Provides back-up support, when assigned by the Supervisor.
Assists with periodic and annual inventory on product inventories.
Maintains and reconfigures all Conference Rooms as needed.
Provides general upkeep of two stock room locations.
Provides maintenance support on all furniture repairs, i.
e.
, chairs, file cabinets, drawers, etc.
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTSNormally requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven computer skills including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and the ability to learn UPS, OMNI, and Waltz software systems.
Demonstrates problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, with proven attention to detail skills.
Proven professional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to listen, understand, and follow instructions along with the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
Must be able to lift up to 60 LBS.
Must be able to work hours outside of those considered normal occasionally.
Must be able to travel independently and overnight if necessary.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
