be/CSVMnKCySsY PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENTUnder the direction of the Manager, Member & Student Recruiting, supports the Member Company, Retail Division & Subsidiary recruitment function through the administration of the GROWMARK job post program.
Oversees internal and external job posting processes and provides technical support of the electronic requisition, application, and approval processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAdministers the GROWMARK job post program by preparing and communicating job post information, posting, and monitoring jobs (internally and externally), and confirming selection and follow-up plans for US GROWMARK Retail Divisions, subsidiaries, and Member Companies.
Responsible for the electronic requisition and job approval process through SuccessFactors applicant tracking system by entering and routing data through SuccessFactors.
Provides documentation, information, and (primarily) webinar-based training to the Retail Division HR Managers and Subsidiary HR employees pertaining to the job posting process, ensuring prompt candidate & job information correspondence.

GROWMARK Retail Division and Subsidiary job descriptions and SharePoint website.
Administers the posting process for job marketing; Creates advertising copy and places advertisements for other member cooperative positions, prepares invoices and tracks expenditures.
Administers the GROWMARK and Retail Subsidiary employee referral & Tuition Aid programs.
Answers questions, communicates changes and form submissions for GROWMARK, US Retail Divisions and Subsidiaries.
Serves as administrator of the team's SuccessFactors recruiting module to assess releases/updates including understanding new or changed functionality, evaluating applicability and impacts, testing functionality, and communicating changes / updates to recruiting team.
Collaborate with HRIS team to resolve technical issues.
Administers and develops recurring and ad hoc recruiting data reports.
Translates data to report monthly, quarterly, and annual recruiting performance metrics and scorecards.
Promotes compliance to the online application procedure, assists candidates with the online application and answers other candidate related questions as needed.
Provides guidance, training, and subject matter expertise to GROWMARK, U.

Retail Division & Subsidiary pre-employment screening process, including background checks and drug screening processes and corresponding systems.
Serves as day to day contact to employment screening vendor.
Prepares and processes Talent Acquisition invoices.
Treats human resources data and information with the highest level of confidentiality.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONSMay be required to represent GROWMARK at various career fairs as needed.
Assists with acquisition coordination for all HR areas for corporate and retail acquisitions/restructuring.
Provides yearly metrics and documentation for visa reporting.
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTSNormally requires a two-year degree in human resources, business, or a related field to demonstrate evaluation and decision-making skills and administrative experience serving the needs of multiple staff employees.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Proven computer skills including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Reporting experience preferred; Ability to learn and use HR applicant tracking software, Human Resources Information System, and other GROWMARK approved software.
Must have a valid driver's license and passport with the ability to work extended hours and travel independently overnight.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
